Nearly one year after his US Debut, Wax Tailor is back with an all new single. For the occasion, he’s reunited with vocalist Charlotte Savary, whose first collaboration with Wax Tailor in 2006 (“Our Dance”) was hailed by Playboy Magazine and iTunes (among others) as one of the best singles of the year. “To Dry Up” ups the ante, with Charlotte’s voice asserting itself, and songwriting that demonstrates a strong pop sensibility. Also included is the remix by acclaimed producer General Elektrik, a.k.a. Honeycut (Quannum). On the flip side, the track “The Games You Play” features Los Angeles based rapper Voice, whose first solo effort last year “Gumbo” (Public Transit Recordings) left many wanting more.
